At And She Is Couture, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all couture tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
